Haith’s is the UK’s leading specialist catalogue retailer of bird foods and avian products, established in 1937, it operates a retail outlet in Cleethorpes and mails a catalogue twice a year. The Internet channel now represents a rapidly growing percentage of sales. Haith’s launched their first eCommerce site in 2001and had outgrown it’s capabilities. The new site has already shown a significant increase in daily sales over the previous site and attracted positive feedback from the customer base and partners.
