1. Meet Us
We meet to get an understanding of your business and learn as much as possible about your business objectives.
2. Scope Your Requirement
We will then provide our views on what has been discussed and how the requirements could be met. Where we do not have an existing solution, we can define and communicate new functionality or processes to meet the requirements.
3. Project Overview
We will then provide you with a project overview document outlining the functional requirements, the project process and the estimated project costs for your approval.
4. Designing The Site
Our design team then starts the process of prototyping. Once design is approved by you, our development team will apply the approved designs to our Elite Merchant eCommerce software framework. They will also apply additional functional requirements, systems integration and configure the application.
5. Review
Our client services team will then meet with you to review the site, document any additional requirements and provide training on our comprehensive and easy to use site management application. Content will be applied to the site using the content management tools and the site made ready for go live.
