Your role will cover all aspects of web design and parts of the development process. This will include creating concepts from scratch, implementing designs with due attention to coding standards, accessibility and usability issues, creating front-end designs for new functionality and concepts for sites, working with clients on content matters and executing on-line and off-line marketing campaigns.

 

You will also ensure that all sites and campaigns are delivered to meet and exceed customer expectations against tight timelines and within budgets. You will also work on in-house projects ranging from internet, intranet, print and email projects.

Excellent creative design skills - ability to create and implement attractive and effective designs
Excellent design sense for use of layout, typography and colour palettes and ability to communicate reasons for choices
Full Set of Web Design skills, including HTML, XHTML, CSS2
Hand-coding ability and High proficiency in Dreamweaver, Flash
Working knowledge of cross-browser, usability and accessibility principles
Some knowledge of: Javascript, dHTML, ActionScript, Basic ASP,
